I have worked with Nicole in the skilled nursing setting as her supervising Physical Therapist and Rehab Director. She has always demonstrated a tremendous work ethic going above and beyond the expectations of her Physical Therapist Assistant role for the benefit of her patients. You should know that Nicole is extremely dedicated to caring for others. She is compassionate and able to bond quickly and easily with others, her communication skills are exceptional and her patients respond so well, feeling comfort from their first meeting. Nicole is professional in all aspects and her enthusiasm is contagious. Nicole shows true insight to the needs of others and how to assist them for the best possible outcomes. I have had the pleasure of knowing Nicole for almost 20 years. When my mother went through a challenging medical experience, Nicole was invaluable in helping my parents navigate the complicated healthcare system. Although my mother had great medical care, Nicole was able to help us to better understand our options and to truly empower my parents to make informed decisions. I believe her knowledge and experience working in the medical field was instrumental in my mother receiving the appropriate care for her recovery.
